I am a PhD student working with Pr. Dr. Hans Burchard, in the DFG funded project "TRR181: Energy transfers between Atmosphere and Ocean", T2 subproject. My current research focuses on submesoscale processes in the surface mixed layer. I have been working with both idealised and high-resolution simulations of the Central Baltic Sea by using GETM/GOTM models.
