Key Responsibilities I Head of Human Resources

Technical and organizational management of the Human Resources department
Legal review of policy issues and consultation, particularly regarding labor law, collective bargaining law, employee representation law and social security law
Ensuring that payroll software is configured in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and laws
Collaboration with employee representatives and committees
Review of job descriptions and preparation of job evaluations
Legal drafting and revision of HR policies and regulations, e.g. employment agreements
Coordination of workplace integration management
Oversight of data protection implementation
